Book the evaluation, not a specific treatment. The reason our beauticians start with an honest skin read is that most first-timers arrive asking for the treatment they saw on Instagram rather than the one their skin needs. If you want a guess in advance: a hydrofacial suits almost every skin and is the most common first booking.
My pores are congested and I get blackheads
A deep-cleansing facial with extractions, and probably a series rather than one. Extraction is the only part of a facial that physically clears a blocked pore — serums and masks manage what happens afterwards. If you also get active breakouts, our acne treatment page covers the fuller protocol.
I have an event this week
An oxygen facial or a hydrofacial — both give an immediate glow with no peeling and no redness to plan around. What not to book days before an event: a chemical peel or a Deluxe protocol, which shed over several days by design. Say the date when you book and we will steer you.
What’s the difference between hydrofacial and microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion resurfaces mechanically with a diamond tip and suction; hydrofacial exfoliates more gently and adds serum infusion, so it leaves skin plumper rather than just smoother. Dry or sensitive skin usually prefers hydrofacial; thicker, congested or textured skin gets more from microdermabrasion. Alternating them across a package is common.
How do packages actually work?
You buy a number of sessions, not a specific treatment, and mix and match across the facial menu — a hydrofacial one month, microdermabrasion the next, a peel after that. Sessions drop from $150 to as low as $80 depending on package size. This is also why we don’t push you toward the most expensive option at the first visit; the package rate is the same either way.
